The Canadian Mental Health Association, Simcoe County branch (CMHA SCB), is pleased to announce the relocation of select Barrie and Orillia programs to new spaces in January 2026.
These moves demonstrate CMHA SCB’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, co-ordinated and high-quality mental health and addiction services across Simcoe County.
Orillia location
94 Colborne St.:
Effective January 2026, programs currently located at 76 and 50 Nottawasaga St. will consolidate at 94 Colborne St. Relocating programs include:
- Addiction services — Jan. 13
- Court support and release from custody program — Jan. 13
- Peer support — Jan. 13
- Harm reduction services — Jan. 13
- North Simcoe Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team — Jan. 19
- Telemedicine/virtual care — Jan. 30
“Moving to this new location will make it easier for our clients to access the support they need,” said Dianne Mowat, manager of the North Simcoe ACT Team. “It’s about being closer, more connected and more responsive to our community.”
Clients will continue to access all services without interruption, and staff are available to ensure a smooth transition.
Barrie locations
128 and 134 Anne St. S.:
Effective Jan. 12, 2026, the Barrie offices at 128 and 134 Anne St. S. will house:
- RSVP program
- HART Hub program
- Finance team
- Nurse practitioner program
- Telemedicine/virtual care
- Community Homes for Opportunity
- Quality, risk and corporate performance — Jan. 29
- Human resources team — Jan. 29
99 Ferris Lane:
Effective Jan. 12, 2026, the following programs and teams will relocate to this new space:
- Addiction services
- Case management
- Information technology
- Senior leadership team
- Rent supplements and support services
- Telemedicine/virtual care
- Harm reduction support
- Early psychosis intervention team — Jan. 22
- Family centredness, inclusivity and priority populations — Jan. 29
- Fundraising, communications and community engagement — Jan. 29
- Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program — Jan. 29 and Feb. 2
“Moving to 99 Ferris Lane represents a significant step forward for CMHA SCB,” said Sarah Banbury, CEO. “This new space strengthens our ability to serve clients, foster collaboration and expand the reach of our programs across the community.”
This move will strengthen collaboration across teams while ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients with no disruption.
